Weapon of Mass Disclosure

“WikiLeaks published 391,832 documents related to the Iraq War. The reports, also referred to as The Iraq War Logs, provided on the ground details as reported by US troops, dating from January 2014 to December 2019. The leaks were the single largest in US military history, exposing huge civilian casualties. In November 2010, WikiLeaks published hundreds of thousands of US diplomatic cables, in what is now better known as the Cablegate scandal. Some 250,000 reports were released, dating back to 1996 up until February 2010. The cables provided analysis and insights from more than 270 US embassies and consulates from around the world.”

You can stop worrying now. Julian Assange’s last attempts to avoid extradition to the United States have failed. He will now be tried in the United States by a kangaroo court which will lie about the evidence, prevent him from making a defense, and in all other ways destroy his life. He will be tortured and murdered by the people who each individually swore an oath to uphold and defend the constitution which they, by attacking Assange’s freedom to publish, are holding as a symbol of their alliegeance to the Empire rather than their dedication to the values it spells out.

Wh4ckd.com was built to fix these problems. We have an algorithm, a procedure, involving a smart contract based dead-man’s switch and involving cryptographic primitives designed to offer the highest security guarantees someone such as Assange or Snowden or countless others would want. Make no mistake, for every whistleblower who has leaked information to their fellow humans, there are many others too afraid of being discovered, of being punished or killed, of losing everything they have worked for.

Integrity bears a heavy price, which the State is able to raise without limits as long as it is able to create the money it also forces you to use.

For centuries, death has always been a reliable method to suppress the truth, at least momentarily. Not anymore.

Our goal is very simple, and was stated long ago by Jesus. “For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad. ” Luke 8:17

We have created a trustless, unstoppable, digital dead man switch, which will allow anyone with a Crypto Wallet, such as MetaMask, to secure a secret, of any size, on the Ethereum blockchain, until they die.

The dead man switch is unbreakable. The secret is encrypted using uncrackable 2048 bit cryptography and the keys are thrown away into the future, to be recovered only through verifiable work that must take time by design. This work is incentivized, ensuring that if the owner of the dead man switch dies, the secret will be decrypted and published for everyone to see, on the blockchain. Periodically, at configured intervals, the user must interact with the dead man switch, to prove they are still alive, ensuring that the secret will remain locked.

The commercial version of this dead man switch is targeted to cryptoasset inheritance. Its existence is not necessary, but we expect it will lower the cost of operating it. There is indeed a cost, confined to the incentives mentioned above. But let me tell you, the cost is much less than the ever-increasing cost of integrity. The White Paper for this technology is available here.

We have deployed the test version of this technology to an Ethereum Testnet and soon will be releasing it for the world to use. Stay tuned.
